Clydebank Canal Bank Canter
Unfortunately I'm not able to run this year's Tour of Clydeside. I did manage a 15 mile, steady paced, run on Sunday but my hamstring is causing me some concern so I've decided on a few days of rest and ice. I did however pop along, on Tuesday 2nd August, to the second of the four race event, the Canal Bank Canter, to take some photos.
At least it gave me a chance to see the runners that are usually way out in front of me.
